Purchasing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment processor. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL.
Is it a one-time payment or a subscription?
All our guides are a one-time purchase. You pay once and get lifetime access to the guide, including all future updates.
Do you offer refunds?
As our travel guides are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the guide has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. We encourage you to review the guide description, preview content, and sample itinerary carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your guide, please contact us at support@releasy.xyz and we'll do our best to resolve it.
Can I buy a guide as a gift?
Currently, guides are delivered to the email address used during purchase. You can purchase using the recipient's email address to gift a guide directly to them.
Downloads & Access
What format are the guides in?
All guides are delivered as high-quality PDF files that work on any device — phones, tablets, laptops, and e-readers. You can also print them out.
How do I receive my guide after purchase?
Immediately after payment, you'll receive a download link on the confirmation page and via email. You can download your guide right away.
How many times can I download my guide?
Each download link can only be used once. If you need to download again, visit the My Purchases page to generate a fresh link.
Do download links expire?
Yes. Download links expire 1 hour after they are generated. If it expires before you use it, you can generate a new link anytime via the My Purchases page.

Our guides are written by experienced travelers and local experts who have lived in or extensively explored each destination. Every recommendation is personally verified.
How often are guides updated?
We update all guides quarterly to ensure accuracy. When a new version is released, all existing customers receive the update for free.
Are the guides suitable for first-time visitors?
Absolutely! Our guides are designed for all experience levels. They include clear instructions, helpful context, cultural tips, and recommendations for every budget.
Do guides include maps?
Yes, most guides include detailed neighborhood maps with marked locations for restaurants, attractions, transportation hubs, and photo spots.
Technical Support
I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. Then go to the My Purchases page to generate a fresh download email. If you still can't access your guide, contact us at support@releasy.xyz.
The PDF won't open on my device. Help!
Make sure you have a PDF reader installed (Adobe Acrobat Reader is free). If the issue persists, try downloading the file again or contact our support team.
